If there is no explicit instruction on how to apply, then you're welcome to reply to the post in thread or DM the person who posted.

How to increase your chances of getting a response

• People who post job postings generally get dozens or hundreds of people messaging them, so keep this in mind
• A lot of people say 'I'm interested', 'is this still available'. You might know the vibe from Facebook Marketplace if you've ever tried to sell something there, so try to stand out from the beginning by sharing more information to prove that you're a good fit.
